I've been coming here for years, and despite the other Starbucks in the area, it's my favorite. The baristas are beyond friendly, and they remember my drink orders. It does tend to get crowded during the lunch hour (from 12 - about 2) so parking can be a pain to find as are the lines. They also just renovated the place to add more seating and space which is fantastic since the crowding means seats aren't always available inside, which does hinder the hangout factor in the cold months and during inclement weather. Really not happy when there are only two of us in line and it took 15 minutes for me to get my drink. The servers were more interested in talking to one of their friends than in taking care of the customers. It was 6:20 at night on a Monday so no excuse for being ignored.. I go to this place regularly because it's near where I go to school. I generally have no complaints; the service is always extremely friendly and prompt. I went yesterday (Halloween) because I simply needed a coffee after being violated by my Pharmaceutical Science exam. I was dressed as Harley Quinn of course because it was Halloween and I looked pretty hot, and they wrote "Harley Quinn" on my coffee cup! I thought that was cute. I went here again today for my Double Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino which I so love and the dude kind of forgot about it because it was busy and I had to remind him that I ordered a while ago. I was extremely nice and understanding about it though, cause I work retail and I know how it gets sometimes. Anyway, I love this Starbucks and will be coming here regularly until I graduate or fail out. Lol. read more

Very spacious. There are more seats available here than most of the Starbucks I've been to. The only downside is that the Internet can be questionable at times, even non - existent. Very good for groups too, comfortable for 3 to 4 people. read more

I love and live coffee. But why is it that Starbucks coffee always has the same burnt bitter aftertaste? No matter what kind you get. I have tried 10 roasts and all same starbucks taste. Friendly staff but baristas need to learn a little about what they are serving. read more

I am a loyal Starbucks customer that has recently moved into town. This Starbucks is on my way to the office so it's perfect for a quick run in and out. Great location with plenty of seating if you have the time to hang out. The only feedback is the service you receive...especially if you are not a local. I have been going there now for almost 2 months at least 5 days a week so hopefully they will see me as a local soon. With that said, please don't write the persons order behind me as I'm standing there waiting to give you my order. That is not only rude but completely inconsiderate. Also, knock the attitude to the side if you are not a local...you can actually be friendly with all the customers, not just the ones you know. read more

The guy working behind the counter today was rude he wouldn't let me place my entire order before giving me a total and I had three things to get. There is barely any tables and chairs to sit in. And hopefully you have at least a half hour to wait for your drink. Call the girl workers are very nice but the male workers are all rude. read more

I'm withholding my full review until the apparent renovations in front are done. The interior was just redone about a year ago, but they were working on some things in front when I was there the other day. This location gets crazy so don't be surprised if you find yourself waiting a while for your order. Give yourself a few extra minutes if you plan on swinging by this location. Some employees are pretty friendly for the most part. They have a pretty decent sitting area and the noise is generally kept up front. If you walk to the back, you will find more seats and less commotion. read more

Excellent service with very average coffee. I'm a purist, I want just coffee. I meet my buddy a few times a week to get out of the house as I work from home. It has the typical corporate run coffee shop feel. The staff is terrific! I actually feel bad for them because I've witnessed people take on the same attitude as when they go to a store like Apple which is "you're Starbucks, so no matter what, I'm right and you have to put up with my BS". The coffee itself, not the complex drinks, isn't very good. It's over roasted and harsh. However, I am a regular I guess because it's cliche to hang out there rather than Dunkin' Donuts across the street. read more

Admittedly, I'm a Dunkin' Donuts guy. I've said before, the world has 2 types of people: Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks coffee drinkers. You either like one or the other. Well, my usual DD was being renovated so I stopped in here the other day (been here before that, as well). Surprisingly, they did a great job keeping a long line moving but the bottleneck occurred with the person making the coffees. I really hadn't been to a Starbucks in a while but I was surprised that they now ask you what you want in your coffee rather than you having to add everything (at least that's how it worked out on my last visit). I had a large iced coffee and it was actually pretty good. I'd have no problem getting it again. The only issue was that it took incredibly too long to get my coffee, especially on a weekday morning. There was only one girl making all the coffees and while she did a good job, there should have been more people working. read more

I've never had my order messed up more times than at this Starbucks. Nearly every single time I go, there is something off with my drink, wrong milk, wrong size etc., The staff doesn't seem as experienced as those in the busier stores. I really shouldn't keep going back, but it is convenient for me and occasionally I get what I order. read more

Takes forever and a day to get your drink order here. They have two people working register, then only one person making drinks and then one watching everyone. So you will check out fast but wait up to 12 minutes for a drink. So annoying. Started brewing iced coffee at home to not have to deal with this place. read more

I leave this place hitting my head every time asking "why did I come here?!" The service is horrendous!! Slow and snotty workers. Went to get a frapp and asked the worker what flavors were available. She looked at me like I was the dumbest, most annoying person she ever encountered (there was no line btw). None of the flavors she mumbled were on the menu which is why I asked. She also didn't bother to ask if I wanted whip cream...I had to scoop half a cups worth out. Love Starbucks. Hate this location. read more

I do have to say that, of all the Starbucks around this area, this one is the best. The consistency of quality of drink preparation is better and the staff is friendlier and more enthusiastic than the Starbucks in Madison, East Hanover, Livingston, and Summit. Even though it's in this strip mall area, it seems to function as a real community meeting place. And it's comparatively (blissfully) free of children most of the time (especially compared with Madison!). A lot of professionals come here. There is a rush during certain morning and lunch hours. I totally agree with other people- the rude staff, they make mistakes with every order, it is filthy in the bathroom and the garbage out front is always overflowing! Today when we went, the gal behind the register told me my Gold card needed to be refilled, but I had to buy a $20 Starbucks gift card and refill my gold card at home-what was that abut? I also bought coffee for home and was so confused after the gift card fiasco, I walked away and left the package on the counter. I realized I had forgotten it, turned around to get it-while I was waiting the 20 minutes to get my drink made and she was restocking the coffee I had bought. The barista's remark when I told her I had bought that was that she thought I had forgotten it! They have 1 person, maybe 2 making drinks and 2 at the cash register talking to each other while the line is to the door. Very poor management from the top down! I had a need to call when one of our orders wasn't in the bag-it was a breakfast sandwich and she told us to come and get a voucher for a free item, when we went back, the manager told us they didn't have vouchers and fought with us to reimburse us as they never give you your receipt, nor offer it to you! To top it all off with the gift card fiasco, by the time I drove away and tasted my drink, it was terrible!! Closing this location might be a really good idea!! read more
