I would have given two maybe three stars only for the nice ladies at the drive-through however after going over my bank transactions today this is the fourth time that Starbucks has charged me twice for one order. How is it they are charging me for yesterday, and charging me today for the same amount? When I've only been to their store yesterday? The lady at the window was beyond rude. We went back in to get both coffees fixed and they are probably worse now then they were before. I admit I am a coffee snob. LORDY! Someone, please help this Starbucks!!! This is the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The drive thru always takes forever. No matter if you're first in line or not. We waited over 45 mins in the drive thru and there wasn't even that many people ahead of us. The most frustrating thing was when I wanted to drive away, because you know darn well a cup of coffee ain't worth waiting over 45 mins for. But, after you go so far through you can't get out. It's like a nightmare you want to wake up from. Now, I completely understand when a place is busy, you're going to expect a long wait time, but this has happened several times where there's not that many people there and you'll still end up waiting FOR-EV-OR for your coffee. I was wondering...should I write this review? Since they did give me a $4 gift card to make up for my experience. But then I thought, awe, what the heck. I literally burned 3 gallons of gas just sitting in their drive thru for 20 minutes. I kid you not, I watched the dial. How long should it take exactly, to put together a cup of coffee? It's not fast food. It's a cup of coffee. That being said, they're always there for me when I need a cold cup of vanilla frappaccino on a hot day. Like all Starbucks this coffee bar is the best. It is a bit smallish as Starbucks run, with only four tables, but he coffee is consistently good. One caveat, this location is difficult to leave from, it's position on a main road limits the exits into traffic. read more

I love Starbucks, but avoid this one like the plague. I lived in Seattle for almost 10 years, down the street from the first Starbucks, love it but now living in Harker Heights, Texas this is the complete opposite. I have to drive to Killeen, Texas to get a decent cup of coffee from Starbucks now. Their drinks are inconsistent, never taste the same, the drive thru takes long, and I mean long, it taking less than 20 minutes even during their slow times. Not only that but this place had gotten my coffee wrong at least 4 times, and its not that complicated, a venti, white chocolate mocha with an extra shot, its not rocket science..... I would not recommend this Starkbucks, im sure the get a lot of business as a result of them being down the street from Harker Heights Highs School, but honestly, if you can, go to a different one, because this place is not what a normal Starbucks is suppose to be like. read more

Consistently bad experience at this Starbucks since the start. The parking lot sets the tone for a befuddling bad visit. Not sure how a parking lot can be so narrow and yet this one takes on the challenge to not only be narrow, but also have blind spots, often packed, and have a drive through that duels with taco bueno's drive thru. This store often appears to have a lot of staff, yet drinks take longer than usual and the store looks like a hurricane hit. I'm honestly confused considering the region's amazing stores and the conflicting consistent experience at this location. There are a few great baristas here. Maybe bulldoze and start from scratch with a proper parking lot? read more

Great Starbucks everyone has to have it coffee is a must! This location is very convenient and most of the time hoping and a popping. The atmosphere here has declined greatly, it use to be when a customer walked in the team was smiling and happy to help. However, they seem to look bothered most of the time and the whole teamwork concept have seem to disappear. This is the worst Starbucks. If it weren't the closest one to work, I would probably never come back. I may never come back anyway. Every time I go in, I'm treated as though inconveniencing the staff there. Today I went through the drive thru. I always order a venti iced coffee I. A Trenta cup and ask for extra ice and a splash of extra milk. I know there's a way to up charge for this so I'm not looking for anything free. I pulled through the drive thru and was greeted with a rather unenthusiastic "order when you're ready" I tried to order my regular Venti in a Trenta cup and the voice in the other side said "so you want a Trenta"? I said "no thanks. I want a venti in a Trenta with extra ice" she said "well I can't do that. I can give you a Trenta cup but I can't do that for you." I said "never in my life has any store given me any trouble for this" she said "well this store is under new management and I'm actually the manager here". I wasn't interested in what else she had to say so I left. How ridiculous that you can't give me a larger cup for the extra ice and the extra milk I pay for. read more
