I ordered an iced Americano & the lemon loaf bread. The Americano was good, should've asked for some cream though. The lemon loaf wasn't that good. Starbucks is better. Which is why I took off a star. Overall, it's super cute. Not sure I'd return only because I don't live on that side of town. Wish there was a bike rack to lock my bike as well. Another reason why I took off a star. I wasn't the only cyclist either, everyone else had to prop their bikes along the establishment. Invest in a bike rack :)

The orange flavor came through perfectly while still blending beautifully with the rich cappuccino. Easily one of the most memorable coffees I've ever had. After rediscovering the past, now in the present it's time to relive new memories here. This coffee shop is a special gem that needs to be on your list. The lobby will grab your attention for hours. Where are the Star Wars themed fans? Come on over and hang out here. They have coffee and all sorts of drink offerings. Their coffee is the best! How about a cafe au lait with oat milk? They do it all! Avocado toast, donuts, muffins, shakes. Come and find your fancy? The staff here are so sweet! They make ordering so easy! They have the best customer service and experience ever. Wow some things get better with time. And this is why we go back and have to pay homage to the best of coffee now. Shall we get the day off with a smile and love.

Quite a few of their specialty lattes sounded good, but I ultimately decided on the Crème brûlée latte, iced with almond milk. While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. I'd say that this was one of the quieter coffee shops I've worked from locally, so I'd recommend it for remote workers or students.

He seemed excited when we said it was our 1st time in :) I also asked about the books and Martín informed me that you're allowed to read any book while you're there and if you want to take any home, they offer used books (red sticker at $10) and new books (green sticker at $15). My husband and I were taking our drinks to-go today, but I'd love to come back soon to peruse their book collection and hang out. The space itself was so warm and inviting; lined with bookshelves, dotted with faux plants, and full of various seating. I also noticed ample outlet plugs for the bar style seats as well as an outlet plug on the back wall for anyone who wants to work remotely or study. There were 2 gender neutral restrooms onsite and plenty of parking. Now for the drinks... I was beyond excited to see they've partnered with LEEV and offer a fairly extensive matcha menu; something pretty rare for this area. All of the matcha drinks sounded delicious, but I chose the Ube Matcha with Oat Milk and it was perfection. They use a very high quality matcha that was evident by the vibrant green hue as well as the nice umami notes with subtle sweetness. I was happy to see Martín hand whisking the matcha with a traditional chasen too. This definitely is in my top 3 places for matcha in Vegas Valley and is hands down the best in West Henderson/Anthem area! My husband loves coffee and the movie "Pulp Fiction", which is why it was an easy choice for him to get the "Pulp Fiction" coffee which had chocolate, vanilla, and orange blossom. He said it had a nice balance of sweetness and reminded him of the chocolate oranges you get during the holidays. Although we took our drinks to go, we had a wonderful first experience. Unfortunately, today's visit was completely different. Kalia was the cashier/order taker during my visit. I ordered my usual latte along with a food item. When I received my drink, it was served cold instead of hot. I politely apologized for the misunderstanding and let Kalia know that I wanted a hot latte, not an iced one. What was most disappointing about the interaction was her reaction. She rolled her eyes at me as though the mistake was somehow my fault. There was no apology or attempt to correct the situation professionally. I was honestly surprised by the level of customer service, especially since I've never experienced this here before. I left feeling very disappointed and wishing I had gone to Bad Owl Coffee instead.  My coffee was replaced, but the roll of Kalia's eyes was completely uncalled for.
