This is by far the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Everybody is so friendly and accommodating!! I asked if I can have three scoops of Matcha over ice because I cannot have the milk that they sell there and I plan on adding my own milk at home. The barista made me feel like it was no big deal and happily said she can do that! I've been to other Starbucks (143rd & La Grange ) and they've told me no in the past .....so I'm very appreciative of the willingness to accommodate dietary restriction. read more

The most friendly Starbucks I've been too. There are 3 others closer to me, but I always go out of my way to this one because it's like Cheers...everyone knows your name (if you go enough). I've seen some grouchy, bipoloar people come in, yet the baristas there always tries to please. It's a tough job being a server dealing with different personalities. So I feel the need to be one of those who appreciates them and the work that goes into the drinks that get me through my day. Love them all! read more

One of my favorite Starbucks the barista's never fail. Here's my only problem, please please please power wash the drive thru!!! The window is absolutely f'n disgusting!! And please please please stop killing the Bee's!! I've seen on a number of occasions Starbucks workers capturing them in cups and suffocating them. NOT COOL STARBUCKS!!!! If your drive thru was properly wash maybe the Bee's wouldn't be attracted. read more

New location alert! This Starbucks location opened in mid-February 2017. It is located in front of the Jewel and across from the Meijer on Bell Road just North of 143rd Street. I have been here three times since the opening, and everyone has been helpful and friendly. It has a very nice design and flow. They have a drive thru and ample interior seating. This particular location also stocks pre-made salads in the cooler (not all locations do). This location is attached to one other unit. A Chipotle will be opening in the second unit around April 2017. read more

I order the same drink everyday and this is the only location that over charges me. I order light soy and I was told that if it is less than 4 oz of milk I should not be charged. The same barista Olivia always charges me 80 cents extra and then charges me an extra 40 cents when I ask for sugar free vanilla instead of the classic syrup. I'm not adding anything extra. It's so frustrating. If Olivia is there DO NOT go there. read more

Baristas are friendly and polite. They deliver great service. However, this review is more for their poor drive thru location. People don't seem to understand the idea of not blocking oncoming traffic. The drive thru line blocks oncoming traffic more times than not. This also causes people to cut in line (cut the ones who obey the lanes). This caused me to just leave since there were no parking spots either. It's not a great location for a drive thru. Maybe rethink the drive thru location. read more

Hey so I was just going through the drive thru and one of your employees Brandon clearly couldn't figure out how to do his job right because one he was snarky and two he gave me a granda instead of a venti. He stared at us like nothing happened and asked us in a very rude and not polite enough way to redo our order but since we didn't want to give him a hard time we just left with what he gave us, but next time which their won't be a next time because I'm not going back after this experience, but please put your employees in check and ones that actually listen to a persons order. It's a Sunday night at 8:39 and I believe they closed at 8:30. I pulled up at the window just to confirm they are closed willing to pay 10 dollars just for a tall London fog. The girl and guy both made eye contact with me so I waited a few more minutes just to see if they would address their customer,but instead of telling me there are closed. They proceeded to laugh at me and all I wanted was my tea because I had a terrible day and drove away in tears. Moral of the story I don't think I will ever go to another Starbucks again because there customers service is awful. read more

I am so happy Starbucks is now literally 5 mins away from my house! It's a fun place to meet up with my friends, or just to go get a drink and relax. Whenever I order my drink, everyone has such a nice attitude and sweet tone in their voices and I have yet to meet a rude employee. Everyone is so, so nice! And I understand that sometimes my drink won't be there because I always get the Strawberry Açaí Refresher, and it is very popular so they will run out of supplies so I'm not upset over that. I understand. I just love Starbucks so much and there is no way to express how much I love it. I mean I only liked Starbucks for its drinks but the inside is just as pretty as the drinks and all the employees are so kind and sweet. I love coming in this Starbucks Homer Glen. Either drive thru or goin inside the aura of this place are very homey & the staff here are very friendly. And the REAL REASON I come in here is they always make my Grande Mocha Frapp with blended Alfogato shot ARE THE BEST from the other Starbucks I go. Others have the very bitter taste when they do it. Even I shake or stir the Frapp they still taste bitter yuck!!! read more

I go to this Starbucks everyday. Today as they handed me the coffee without the lid secured al the way, scalding hot coffee al over my hand. The barista asked me if I was okay. I told her no I was in pain. All she did was offer to make a new coffee. I had to ask for a managers card and then I got a free coffee. No cool rage to calm the pain, the lead on duty even refused to see me. I understand accidents happen but this is not how you handle the situation. read more

This is a new location and is BEAUTIFUL inside. The decor is very warm and friendly, and the baristas are great. Honestly I have been a customer of Starbucks for years, and Kelsey made probably the best Carmel Latte I have ever had. The staff is cool under pressure when the lines have been long and there is a promo going. This Starbucks lives up to the reputation that the brand has built.
