Constantly packed and never stocked with menus on the time! Waited inline for 25 min just to not have the item here! Never again!!

Stopped by this Starbucks after getting dinner with friends to squeeze some studying in. I pulled into a tighter parking lot, which was perfectly fine considering there weren't any cars in the drive through. I could foresee some serious traffic jam contentions between people ordering from their cars and those who would prefer to park. Fortunately, there's an entrance off Main and another off Buffalo Speedway to accommodate both types of customers. My first impression when I walked in was a reminder of the modern vibe of the Starbucks Reserve at the Domain in Austin because of the color scheme and furniture. There are a lot of outlets, which is a HUGE factor when I'm judging coffeeshops I plan to study in. The service was quick and the place was clean (though I will admit this was about an hour or so before closing). They would have gotten 4 stars, except one of the baristas was sweeping and decided to brush up the dirt under my chair. Which would have been fine, except that's where my feet were. Being the awkward person that I am, I quickly apologized and folded my feet on my seat. The barista didn't acknowledge this happening in any fashion. It was just a strange experience, and I'm sure (hopefully) isn't a common occurrence. read more

Ive been to this location several times. Its consistently the slowest. Not sure why. Maybe they should have a coffee.

Hm, this Starbucks is okay. I've been to better ones. First thing I don't like is the size of this Starbucks. It's small with an even smaller parking lot. It's better to go insider than wait in the drive thru. Second thing, one a particular morning with a certain group of baristas, they are really loud and pretty much shouting at each other. As a customer, I shouldn't know that such-and-such didn't make the whip cream right, etc. the personal conversations should be limited, especially in the mornings when people are trying to get to work. Sometimes, the baristas are all over the place when handling orders. Forgetting to do things, etc. overall, it's ok. Probably won't drink Starbucks after I finish up this gift card lol. read more

The parking lot is a zoo but the inside of the store is clean and spacious. The workers were really nice and Jared (store manager maybe?) was really helpful. We had issues finding the nitro cold brew and went to a bunch of different locations before settling on a not so great alternative. We made the trip to this Starbucks to get things sorted out and they remade us two nitro cold brews. I'm not. A huge coffee person but my husband is and I could be converted for this drink. It's actually pretty darn good considering we didn't add any cream or sugar to it. No bitterness at all. Thanks again Starbucks crew! read more

Very slow stabucks even if you go inside. If you decide to park you won't be able to get out because the parking is so small and the drive thru line makes it impossible to leave. If you're in a rush avoid this Starbucks. Friendly staff. read more

Pretty much like any other Starbucks - gets the job done, open later than most small coffeeshops, & busy. In terms of how it is as a study spot: Pros: - 3 large tables big enough for 4-6 people, 2 smaller 2-person table, a small sitting area, and a bar area with stools in the back. There's also an outdoor patio with a few tables. - Free Wifi - I've been here maybe 3 times and had good service each time. I once ordered a tall drink and they accidentally made/charged me for a grande; they gave me the difference back on my card and still let me keep the drink. Nice people! - Closes pretty late, around 10pm I believe. Cons: - It's a Starbucks at a busy intersection so it gets crowded and loud in here pretty often. Make sure you bring headphones or ear plugs. - You'll likely end up sharing your table with someone else (unless you're at one of the small ones) which isn't a huge deal but it may be for some people. - It can get really cold in here so bring a jacket. - Parking lot is on the smaller side so I've had to wait a few minutes before spots opened up. read more

This is by far the WORST Starbucks in the company. Actually took me over 45 mins in the drive thru today. Usually takes about 25 mins. Quality is always sub par at best. The company should shut the doors on this location because it's doing them no favors. read more

Clean and well stocked. They've never gotten my order wrong and no bad visit. My complaint would be with the other customers and the parking lot / drive thru. It's crazy so beware. Some folks park on the side of the street and walk over just to avoid that hot mess parking lot. read more

Why I'm not a fan: *Service takes forever. I've waited almost 20 minutes for a coffee (and there was only one person ordering in front of me). *They run out of sugar free syrups all of the time, particularly during the holidays. *Parkings is a mess. *The drive thru isn't always open. Need an alternative? If you're headed closer to TMC, hit up Glazed. Service is much faster. You won't get a drive thru, but sometimes it's worth taking a few steps out of the car to get your caffeine fix done right. read more

This Starbucks is phenomenal. The drinks are always very good. Despite the long line I ordered my coffee at the drive through and did not have to wait very long to be served. The employees were very helpful and apologized for the wait. The parking lot was clean and well maintained. The employees were all wearing masks and passed me the drink inside of a mug. read more

The previous reviews are so, so true. The SLOWEST Starbucks ever. The only reason they have 2 stars is because the people who work here have always been nice and helpful to me. I am a frequent Starbucks customer but this one isn't even worth the visit. Which is a damn shame since it's less than a mile from my house. I pulled into the drive through lane with only 2 cars ahead of me. 15 minutes later I'm still in line. Yes, I have time to write all this waiting for a tall latte. The parking lot is small, really can't even get out if you park of the drive-thru line is long. I believe this will be my last time at this location. I was giving them one more shot, not worth it. The service is above two stars, but this location/parking lot/ drive thru set up is constant chaos. There are limited spots to park and the drive thru is always backed up so far that if you do park, you have to wait for the drive thru lane to let up. That being said, the only way to order here is mobile order IMO. I hate promoting mobile orders because then that service could suffer, but I'm honestly surprised people still use the drive thru because mobile ordering is so much faster. read more

Had to ask the kid that was making drinks that I had a mobile order and he removed the stickers from the machine!!! They didn't even check the machine! Wtf?!?! THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER. The parking is terrible and so is the drive thru line. It will take you 15-20 to just place your order and then another 5-10 to get to the window just so that they give you the incorrect order. Fantastic huh? I've came to this location multiple times trying to give it the benefit of doubt but they disappoint me, EVERY SINGLE TIME. While Starbucks lacks the charm and personality of independent coffee shops, they can always be counted on for consistency and convenience. This location is no different in those respects, so I am writing this review from an experiential standpoint as an entry-level try-hard Junior Assistant Marketing Coordinator. (h/t #PGP for the tongue-in-cheek job title) This is the only Starbucks on this side of the Med Center for miles and the line of vehicles during rush hour often spills out onto the street. Based on highly scientific data gathered over many a pre-caffeinated morn, be prepared to spend 15-30 minutes to get your liquid gold and on with your day. I've tried both going inside and sitting in the drive-thru line but, like arguments over the Internet, there is no winner; both routes take about the same amount of time. Why is that? People will frequently come up the middle of the driveway, blocking your exit. Or you'll have to wait for that good Samaritan who will let you back out of your parking space instead of cutting you off just to move up in line 30 seconds sooner. Or it takes you a couple rounds of traffic signal changes to get into the left-turn lane on Buffalo Speedway. All of this can be frustrating if you've come mentally unprepared. As listless as some of the baristas are not even half way through their shifts, I imagine some customers take their caffeine-deficient frustration out on them, so be kind to your fellow man. In the end, better latte than never! read more

Quite possibly one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. You know there's something wrong when there's no one in line at the drive through and it takes 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee (and yes, I did time it from the time I placed my order to the time the drink was in my hand). Now normally I wouldn't let a single incident like this discourage me from going to a Starbucks so close to my place, but this has happened at LEAST 5 times and when they aren't unbelievably slow they can't make a simple latte to save their lives. When bad service meets bad drinks I steer clear at all costs... even if it means driving further and waiting in a line for a hot drink. If all of that isn't enough to discourage you, the parking lot is a train wreck too. read more
