Their lattes are awesome, and are especially popular during the muggy London summer. This store is centrally located about a one minute walk from Earlsfield station, and I have always received brisk service with smile. Most branches of Caffe Nero offer a loyalty card, so make sure you grab one from the very first time you buy there. You'll be surprised how fast it adds up while drinking coffee on the move during your typical London morning and a free coffee now and then is always welcome. And you have to try one of their huge chocolate chip biscuits with a coffee.

Or, at least, acknowledge that 'your hands are full' but you'll be with them shortly. - If a customer asks for something not on the menu, say a decaf mocha and you're asked if its possible to make one. Even if the answer is obvious to you (the member of staff), do not pull your face or have a 'are you stupid' tone in your voice. - If a customer hands you cash do not place their change on the counter (unless they are busy), hand it to them as it was handed to you. Bad customer service is in my opinion, a deal breaker. It is simply, it is easy, so do it!
