We did a mobile order and although it wasn't ready quite around the estimated time, there was plenty of spacious seating inside for us to wait at. It was very clean and modern inside. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who had helped us today around 1:16pm when we followed up on the order, but he was very kind and brought out our order shortly. I went through the drive through this morning and ordered an extra hot drink when I got to the drive through window. The server gave me my drink. And I noticed that at the top of the cup, it was bent inward, and I asked him if the lid is gonna come off He reassured me, no, they'd checked it and it was fine.The minute I tried to put it in my cup holder.The lid fell off and my drink went all over my new car.I called their corporate office to make a complaint because I feel they should get my car detailed in the inside. Was passing through Long Beach this morning looking forward to start my morning with a fresh cup of coffee. I saw this Starbucks opened at 0430am, when I arrived at 0440am I was unable to enter the store and there was an Aframe blocking the drive-thru because the store was not yet open. I was very disappointed that this location has posted hours online and in-store that say they open at 0430am. Unfortunately I was not the only one disappointed this morning, I counted approximately 15-20 customers who were also disappointed and left without coffee. I'll just go to the Starbucks on Atlantic and San Antonio seems like they are more reliable than this location. read more

This spot has great service. The workers are friendly. Never had issues with drinks. The only reason I did this review is hopefully they don't repeat this big mistake of allowing mobile orders when they are doing drive through. I did a Mobile order so I'm not late to work. However if the store is closed I can't just get it and go, but I have to go into a line I was trying to avoid. Usually other Starbucks will turn off mobile orders when they are understaffed. But this one didn't and this caused me to be late to work. Update: got a macchiato with oatmilk...for some reason the coffee tasted weird. I definitely hope they decide not to do online orders so they aren't understaff and don't have to do more than just the drive through. read more

So disappointed in what happened this morning. First i waited all night 11pm until 5am to get the release of the hello Kitty collab and the bear cup i wanted to be first in line. Not a problem. I was and people came got in line and they were being nice. I asked the workers before they closed the night before if they were going to get the cups she said yes they open at 4:30 so get here early. I did. At 4:00 they said they weren't going to open the lob y until 5:30 and they could order the bear cup in the drive thru. That didn't seem fair since people were pulling up going straight to the drive thru i couldn't get there. I was then told i couldn't buy the hello kitty cups in the drive thru so i proceeded to wait-until 5:30 when they said they would open the lobby. While waiting i watch the same employee that said i couldn't buy hello kitty cups in the drive thru sell the hello kitty cups in the drive thru. Not only that i was able to buy a certain cup because a mobile order came in after I asked for the cup in the drive thru and. I was told they were out. This is poorly done and i am just disappointed how the rules change for convenience. I dont care i stayed up all night that is what i wanted to do to make sure i was first, it was they way they went about this. I recently started going here because the Starbucks that is closer to my house has made my drink wrong repeatedly. I go most days and for them to do my drink wrong back to back just makes me sad. I came in here to get an afternoon pick me up. I went through the drive thru and ordered my son a kids hot chocolate and then a white chocolate mocha for myself. Drove off and when I tasted my drink .... It's a hot chocolate. I had to make a u-turn and drive back and then go inside the store to get it remade. I told them what I ordered and when they remade it ... it tasted like hot milk. Opened the lid and it's all white, no coffee. It's a simple drink order and still cannot be made correctly. Absolutely not! Never again will I get a drink from this Starbucks location. Came here around 7 AM. There were only about 3 cars in the drive thru and one other customer inside the store. Walked in and proceeded to order a Frappuccino. This was not a special order - this was a standard menu item, as is with no extras or added syrups. Told the guy taking orders what I wanted and then I proceeded to pay with my Starbucks app. The guy was very slow to respond and appeared to be hung over. I was holding my app right where the scanner was and they guy was not even looking in my direction or at the scanner. He had his head turned to the right and was looking out the window! He was totally spaced out and I had to wait a good 30-40 seconds until he realized I was trying to pay. Waited over 10 minutes (meanwhile there was one other customer in the store) for my drink and there was barely even a dollop of whipped cream on top. For a drink that cost me over $5, I expect a full amount of whipped cream! I asked the guy to please put more whipped cream on top and he got very irritated with me. Was acting all huffy puffy and stormed to the back with my drink. He was acting like a teenager! How childish! He brought my drink back a few minutes later with more whipped cream - who knows what he really did to my drink. Take a sip of my drink and it tasted horrible! Runny, watery, watered down....it was putrid! I couldn't even drink it! It was so gross! I contacted Starbucks Corporate regarding this experience and have yet to hear back! I'm so glad this SB location opened close to my place. I have been a customer at this location since it opened, mostly because it's close to my home. Overall, I have never had a problem with the service or my order. The food is always warmed and ordered to my liking. My favorite drink to order is an iced coffee (tall), half-and-half with extra caramel drizzle! My only complaint is the location of the parking lot, which is always crowded due to the other businesses shared with the lot. I shouldn't forget the quick service and how fast the line moves. Deavin is amazing at customer service I always go to this location off Cherry and San Antonio because my drinks are always consistent and delicious. But the reason he is amazing is because I went through the drive thru one afternoon and forgot to ask for no ice in my drink so when I got to the window to try and ask for no ice before they made it, the girl Marissa got so mad she was ignoring us and when we went to pay she threw the machine we were paying on down and walked away very angry. She told the manager to come finish our order. I forgot the managers name but she allowed the awful behavior, handed me my drink which looked like dirty water and when I asked why did it look like that she said she would remake it right. Why was it wrong? So I kindly said no thank you took my drink and left. Back to DeavinI finally came back to this location and explained to him what happened and he was extremely helpful and apologized for the behavior of a fellow employee. The drinks are too expensive to receive awful customer service. I go to this location everyday and order two drinks, sometimes twice a day and I feel if you are going to be rude at your job you should not be in customer service. Sam is SO NICE, AMAZING. From the moment I pulled up to the drive thru intercom she introduced herself and asked for my name. No other Starbucks barista has ever asked for my name like that. I was like "Hi Sam! My name is Sally!" Then I turned around and asked my boyfriend ".. she did ask my name right?" Sam then answered and said yes and giggled, we had a laugh. I asked her how she was and then proceeded to order. I don't know where my head was at because I ended up ordering a Caramel Frap when I meant to order a Vanilla Bean Frap!
