Everyone is very helpful, but it did seem a little disorganized this particular evening. There was a Christmas tree event happening, along with the music event in the theater. Maybe they just weren't ready for the onslaught of business. We will give this place another chance. We ordered two black coffees, a water, and a vanilla latte. The coffees were good. I found the latte to be rather lackluster.

I wish that it had more distinct flavors to it. It tasted mainly like cream and sugar. This drink was seriously REALLY SWEET. Overall, I would try Scooter's again, but I'll probably get a different drink.
