I don't understand why this Starbucks has so many bad reviews. This location looks either recently remodeled or newly opened, and everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, which made for a great experience from the moment I walked in. I ordered a Salted Caramel Cold Brew with no vanilla syrup, and it was made perfectly. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and exactly how I requested it. If you're looking for a reliable Starbucks with friendly service and well-made drinks, I would highly recommend this location. Great coffee stop on a long drive! I ordered ahead from this Starbucks right off I-5, and the location couldn't be more convenient -- just off the exit and next to a Hampton Inn. The store itself is large with plenty of seating, plus both men's and women's restrooms with multiple stalls and no entry codes (always appreciated on a road trip). Despite being very busy with a packed café, lots of mobile orders, and a long drive-thru line, the staff was pleasant, efficient, and organized. Definitely a solid stop if you need caffeine and a comfortable break from the road. The Server named Jay today 06/14/2026 around 1:50 pm just used the long thong for the pastries to push down the trash bags in the trash under the pastry area. Ewww. Very unsanitary. He saw me looking, and not even called out my name for my order. I did not bother to confront, and just doing this review. I hope the manager/owner will look into this. read more

Excellent Starbucks experience. Service was fast and could not have been more friendly. I asked for 1 inch of cold non-fat milk to cool my coffee down, and it was perfect. I actually saw the guy making an effort to get it right. Despite their being a crowded weight, the barista handed me my pastry immediately and made my cup of coffee. There is absolutely no reason for someone ordering a simple cup of coffee to have to wait behind 10 drive-in orders of frothy mocha kappa Lotta chinos. The restaurant was relatively clean and the bathrooms met expectations. Convenient parking and easy access to the freeway. An electrify America charging station less than 6 minutes away. Friendly customers. No vagrants living in or around the store. read more

Had a horrible experience with Leah at the window, extremely rude and rushed. She spoke quickly and aggressively. For context- we asked for no ice and she made a series of aggressive sounding questions as to what she was "supposed to do since she has everything pre filled". We didn't understand her question which seemed to provoke her. Afterwards she wouldn't look at us and gave us a broken cup, a coffee without a stopper, and rushed us past the window. While the ambiance at this store is nice, the customer service was mediocre. The bathrooms were dirty and almost entirely out of toilet paper, and there was no soap. One of the baristas who was managing food dropped a cream cheese in her rush, and I am hoping they didn't put it back in the customer's bag. Well I see why they have bad reviews now unfortunately I was a victim of someone who was new and didn't know how to make an espresso correctly. The espresso frappe doesn't come with whip cream and then I asked them to make me a new one and you know what they did they blended up the whip cream inside of the drink, so unprofessional taste all creamy and nasty And I got a double shot. A convenient stop in Patterson (former farm town now bustling community) off of I-5 either N or S bound. The town has blossomed in size (Amazon warehouses) in the 12 years I've been coming here driving from NorCal to LA. While the traffic in town has picked up, the Starbucks is very close to the interstate but tucked slightly off the main drag. As such it is a good stop to rest your weary road bones, check emails, refresh and refuel. The parking lot has a nice ivy-coated wall where you can see something other than semis! You simply drive a bit off the interstate and take a turn with the gas station on the L corner as you enter town, and two more quick turns and voila! As per the usual Starbucks, food and coffee/tea drinks are available. I always order a grande latte, with no special fillips or features. As such I may not be the best judge of customized drink order compliance, but my latte has always been hot, with the right caffeine kick and a clean sharp espresso hit. Sandwiches, snacks, pastries available and when I've ordered no issues have come up. For some reason they have great travel mugs and giftables here so I like to peruse the selections. The service I've received here is friendly, high energy, A+ and the team works well and efficiently together. Clean restrooms are thankfully open again after understandable COVID closures. Drive-thru I have used less but the handful of times I've used it goes pretty well. One time I was "stuck" in a long line but that is once in 12 years. The line sometimes snakes around to the street during busy times. Note as such the drive-thru has a narrow profile so if you are locked in you are locked in and can't easily exit. Highly recommend on your travels, would be my go-to Starbucks if I lived in P-town. The staff bridges the worlds of short-term one time customers and loyal locals. Well done. read more

Sooo.. I stopped here on my way to my parents as it's off the highway and I wanted to cash in on my free birthday item... I went through the drive thru... or should I say crawled as it took over 25 minutes to get my drink and food.... that's the longest I have ever waited in a Starbucks drive thru! So if you in a hurry, I don't recommend it. They did get my order correct... The barista was a bit dry... I let her know that I had a free item for my birthday, and her response was "Ok", yes I know that you are busy, but a simple Happy Birthday would have been nice.... I was the one who told her to thank you and have a good day...man... Starbucks really needs to do some customer Service training! This Starbucks has reopened & is crushing it. It's the most modern, clean, and organized Starbucks location I have been to. The food and drinks are of course, essentially the same at all but the staff were excellent. We were greeted with a hello by multiple staff and they worked together as a team well. Pitiful. The only coffee they offer after 11am is Pike Place. Literally the coffee they push on people that don't care about coffee. No offer to do a pour over, or an Americano. Nothing. Bathroom is also dirty. The place is run by a bunch of kids that don't seem to care whether you're there or not. Avoid if you can. This SBUX is a bit off the road, both the 5 and the main road. But once you find it, you'll be glad you did. Going south to Los Angeles meant stopping here or waiting a couple of hours for Buttonwillow. Stop here we did. This has a drive-thru window too. Doesn't work if you need to use the restroom but does otherwise. Menu has the full Starbucks options that are current. Use the app for mobile ordering. Restroom was clean and gender open. read more

It's a hit or miss here when it comes to waiting for your drink. But when it's a miss, it's a LONG wait. I wonder if it might just be weekend mid-day when this happens because it's the only Starbucks in town right now (another one is opening up more into town) and right off the highway. This place probably gets ran through as much as Alexis Texas -- from Patterson residents to people traveling on I-5 to truckers. I always order on the mobile app and I still have to wait. It's kind of ridiculous. On the other hand, when I stop by in the morning before work... it's never a long wait. But that might also depend on what time you stop by.
