Biggest bullshit I've ever seen in my life!! First thing off I noticed is the price on the cake pops...5.15$. I was shook to my core. They need to fix the names of items on their menu. "Iced Matcha Green Tea" should not equal "Green Tea Latte" Every other latte item they have has "latte" in the name. But the green tea latte says "Iced Match Green Tea" on their menu. Yo even on the Starbucks website says " Ice Matcha Green Tea Latte" in the name. read more

Never thought i'd have an experience like this at a starbucks but tall cashier(Name is Pedro) was extremely rude and disrespectful. While I was in line, he kept talking to his coworkers and whenever he'd turn his attention back to a customer, his tone of voice sounded like he hated that customer. Also, I was not familiar with the "we ID all credit card payments" policy that was posted up and from my understanding a debit card is solely a debit card and not a credit card and so I thought it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have my ID on me. So, when I said "but this is a debit card", with that same "i hate everyone here pls end my misery" tone of voice, he goes "ok...it runs as a credit card". My initial reaction was ???? And the only thing i said was "but.." and before I could say anything else he cut me off, with the same pissed off tone of voice and goes "do you have a car?" And then he had the audacity to tell me "I'm gonna need you to go back to your car and get your ID" as if we know each other as if he's my dad???? Like yes hello understood father cashier i will get my card for you so you won't have the worst day of your life......also i understand policy is policy and i would've happily returned to my car to get my ID but this dude literally directed me to do something in a really rude way that I didn't appreciate at all. You see, the policy wasn't the problem because that is something beyond a cashier's control but the way you handled it unprofessionally and with much disrespect, a better response to a customer who hasn't done any malicious thing to you is "yes, sorry we do ID for ALL CARD transactions" which i would've said "oh okay" to and proceeded to get my ID....but this guy wanted to get all rude for god knows what reason....Even the customer next to me who was waiting for his order said, "that guy really hates everything in the world right now". If I could give zero stars I would. The people working here on Sat Nov 10 were rude and rushed us through our orders. As I was asking a question about a drink, she was already making it- leaving no room for me to decide or change my mind. This Starbucks totally sucks. I knew it even before I went in the store. Its actually located in Primm, NV in front of Chevron gas station that has more than 30 gas pumps. Anyway, it is kind of located inside the convenient store that goes with the gas station with other franchise like Subway. I know Starbucks inside the hotels in Las Vegas overcharge but why here?! Seriously why are they charging so much here in Primm???? My grande size iced caramel macchiato was $5.55 without tax. Ridiculous! The worst thing about is that they didnt even make my drink the way I ordered it. I was more pissed because I paid so much for it. Some people diss the Starbucks in Barstow....I don't know why because that one always moves efficiently. It's clean and they accept ALL forms of payment. But this one here makes the Barstow location look like the Bellagio! Normal Saturday afternoon. I say normal because it wasn't a holiday weekend. Or a fight weekend. Or even EDC weekend. I'm gonna go with the majority here and say this Starbucks sucks. I've been to several and I know good service and drinks. We stopped by here on our way back and even though it's attached to a gas station doesn't give it an excuse to be this bad. My cashier was beyond slow, checking her nails and phone with a line a mile long. I know it wasn't just me complaining because others in line were yelling at her too and she couldn't care less. If you're attached to a gas station, you should know better especially a gas station just outside of Vegas. There's a lot of traffic here. It's beyond insane and this Starbucks needs to get with the program. The drink guy moved quick.
