For only 6,000 pesos, you can get a huge quiche with a side salad, a sandwich on French bread, or a big salad. Each of the options has multiple varieties to choose from. I was torn between the veggie quiche (zucchini, tomato, basil) and the chicken avocado sandwich. The hubs couldn't decide if he wanted the chicken curry salad or the roast beef one. Ultimately, we ended up with zucchini quiche and curry salad. Both were great! The hubby's salad had coconut flakes and deliciously seasoned curry chicken. I was impressed with the size of the quiche and the perfectly flaky crust. To drink, he had raspberry juice and I had limeade. After our lunch dishes were cleared, we received our coffees and a little coconut cookie on the side. A perfect ending to a lovely lunch. The sandwiches are beautifully crafted with very generous portions. All brunch sandwiches come with any coffee you want, including specialty coffees, and a freshly made fruit juice. The classic eggs Benedict includes two toasts, and you can choose a different base for each one (avocado, bacon, smoked salmon, ham, etc.), which is a great touch. The "Top Winner" is an outstanding deal: one egg Benedict plus a supersized croissant with the spread of your choice. We stayed chatting for a while after eating, and they never rushed us to leave, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

They speak pretty good Chilean Spanish and are very friendly. To my understanding, the original Etienne Marcel is in Ñuñoa and they opened this location a little over a week ago. I tend to say that I'm not a dessert person, but this place could change my opinion of sweets forever. They have a variety of savory and sweet items. When we went, we ordered a quiche, an almond croissant, a pistachio eclair and a lemon eclair. The quiche has an amazing crust and the filling is just as amazing. The almond croissant has a sweet filling that just makes your mouth watery. The eclairs are out of this world. The pistachio one has a strawberry jam filling and it is topped with a pistachio icing and it was my favorite! They had so many other options, so I am pretty bummed that I couldn't try them all. My only complaint was that the cortado seemed to have been made of regular coffee and not good espresso. Don't be too picky about the bare walls. They just opened the place and are still probably working on their decor. Either way, please do yourself a favor and check this place out! You will not regret it.
