The owner specialises in mini homemade welshcakes instead of the ubiquitous bulk bought individual biscuits accompanying pots of teas. The lattes are lovely and served in a tall glass (nicer than the Starbucks' ones which always come in a chunky mug, and cheaper too). Good for snacks and cakes as well by the look of them although I didn't indulge in extra calories myself! The staff were pleasant and helpful and there wasn't any background music, which made chatting to my friend easier. I'll definitely go there again the next time I'm in Swansea.

The place was impeccably clean and bright - and maybe this was my imagination but my Venti skinny latte tasted like it does in the US (typically so bitter in most U.K. Starbucks). They do roast dinners for lunch and variety of meals inc burgers, liver & onions, faggots , pies pasties etc. Plus a whole range of snacks & jacket potatoes. All of which are reasonably priced in the £3 to £4 bracket. You can also purchase food to take out as well as sit in. The decor is a little old fashioned but very clean. The service is both prompt & curteous too. Seems quite busy at meal times.
