"I'll have to ask my manager, " was the response to most questions. I was often told one thing, then something else was done. At the very beginning of the process, I told Amy that there would be an issue with the title to one of the properties I was selling. Amy assured me that she would work it all out in the end. It turned out that because my name was not on the title, it was illegal to have me sign the seller's agreement. So, Amy broke the law in order to make a sale. If we had continued working with Amy, I would hope that she would face consequences for her lack of knowledge of the law. Miscommunication was a major issue. I had help from my nephew who is a very experienced realtor in Indiana, as I have never bought or sold a house before. Amy let her ego get in the way when she was not willing to accept advice from my nephew. The entire process ended up getting quite nasty as Amy refused to communicate with my nephew. We decided to terminate our relationship with this company. The ineptitude of our agent has cost me a great deal of time and money and emotionalbecause she couldn't close the deal Another thing I take issue with is the fact that Amy took a friend of hers to see our cottage that she had listed. That friend had no intention of buying. They just went to look at it for fun. That doesn't sit well with me and I would hope Greenridge would not find it acceptable either.
