The meat was so tender and delicious, and the dumplings and sauce complemented it perfectly. After the Svíčková, we saw a majority of the people around were having Smažený Sýr, and decided we needed to try it if it was that popular - we later learned it's their specialty. It is a fried block of cheese (for the Americans, we likened it to a large mozzarella stick) and was delicious. It also came with a tartar-like sauce which was surprisingly great with it. Everything we had here was delicious, definitely recommend - and would recommend the items we had.
