After looking around, I sat down quietly with my laptop to get some work done in a calm space. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. A male employee working near the gift shop made comments and remarks about me being there, as if I didn't belong or wasn't supposed to look around. His behavior made me feel unwelcome in a place that should be open and inviting to everyone. I also emailed leadership afterward to share what happened, but I never received a response. That lack of acknowledgment made the situation feel even worse, as it suggested that concerns from visitors may not be taken seriously. The center itself has a lot to offer, but staff should treat all visitors with respect. My experience made it seem like certain people aren't equally welcomed, and I truly hope this is addressed so others don't feel the same way.

For the price of a bottle of wine (or two) you can stay here. We stayed as Harvest Host members our RV in this quiet, serene country vineyard just 40 minutes West of Fargo. We had a nice spot for the night just off their parking lot, with our door opening onto a expansive lawn with views of the vineyards. Easy access just 2 miles north of I-94 at exit 317. Rodney was a joy to visit with and very responsive in communicating with us. If you are arriving after 5pm he will even leave some wine in a cooler on the tasting room porch for you to enjoy once you arrive and get settled in. We enjoyed a bottle while watching the sunset.

The park is almost 20 years old but it still a top notch facility to watch a game. As far as attending a Redhawks game, this has been a popular local event from Day One. The games are entertaining for fans, the park is clean and comfortable, and they have a large variety of food and drink vendors. You won't break the bank going to the game, especially with the park's own concession stand. Hot dogs are $1.50; they have a $2.50 dog deal with a bag of chips and 12oz soda.
