We were a hard sell as we were looking for a single family home in a hard market with a VA loan and very little down. Many people wouldn't even look at our offers. When we started working with Brad we had already be rejected 23 times. It was getting very frustrating and we felt like giving up. Brad's attitude was a breathe of fresh air and gave us the feeling once again that we would find our dream home and not have to settle for anything less. He definitely kept his end of the bargain.
