I bought a vibrator from here for $120 probably four years ago and it died within the first week of getting it, but I had thrown my I couldn't return it so I made a review and the manager told me to contact him via telephone so I did and he gave me a credit on my account for $120 I didn't spend it until a year later is when I went back to starship and when I went back to buy a new vibrator, my name was not in the system. My credit was gone. It was a whole fiasco and I ended up paying $200 for a brand new vibrator. A year later the charging port stopped a new I thought that was the problem and the new ones came in today and you have to twist and turn in the of the vibrator that the charger goes into and get a certain part and it only charges for a few seconds. Meaning my vibrator is trashed. I've had it for a year and that's the only reason why I'm giving it would be one star because this is the second time a vibrator has died on me and I don't even use it that much. Loyalty cards are not worth the hassle! I have been traveling to this store over the other locations which may be closer or more convenient to me because the staff if amazing and i felt appreciated. In this age of technology and access we all have many options and access to probably better cost and value but there is still a sense of loyalty. As a loyalty promotion i got the punch card to get 20% off after 220$. I had two separate card punched which combined is over that amount (so many punches i never collected). The staff is not allow to combine them even when i was willing to loose the remainder punches. Come on, prices can stand a 20% discount when i am about to buy a higher ticket item, there is a mark up for a reason. So, i turn the cards in and walk away. I wanted a reward not a hassle. So my 60sumthin year old mother called me and said she needed to go to Starship. I learned early in life, not to question my mother and prepared myself for a mother daughter day. Our first stop was the Buford Hwy Famers Market...which is about a block away from this Starship. Sits next to a T-Mobile We got inside, and I thought to myself.....why....are....u....here....with....your...mother?? Come to find out hand dipped insence can be bought here 10 for a dollar, and they sell mini-sticks.....which are also...10 for a dollar. She did question the guy about something to simualte an older man...and i almost passed out, but the clerk smiled and took her to where she needed to be...
