Bloom CU - Website Design promises a lot and delivers on nothing. They are positioned to be a…read moreCredit Union specific web designer but know NOTHING about credit unions. They claim that the website is easily customizable but they nickel and dime you for any edit and any edits you can make on your own aren't easily viewable. They purposefully create a template that only their team can edit and has access to edit in order to get more money from you. Plus, if you get a support contract non of the support is actually included, its all "out-of-scope". Don't even get me started on their service, they use a ticket system and close tickets even when THEY are the ones needing to supply more info. They won't even give us an annual review to go over whats going well and whats not. They just send you to the sharks on go live day and even before that they aren't very helpful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

After that, though, they continued charging but never updated anything on our website. We never heard from them, and whenever I called it was really hard to reach someone. Then 12 months later I got a bill for several thousand dollars. Of course, I refused to pay and their financial director, Parl, agreed and said that if I did send him$100 he would transfer our domain name to another company. I sent him the number, but he has yet to unlock the domain. The company which is designing the new website, and I have been trying to contact him. I leave messages on his personal cell as well as at PatientDocs. He has yet to return a call. I strongly warn you to NOT get involved with this company. Their design service was good but their web hosting and their responsiveness doesn't even warrant 1 star! but I have to click on 1 star to post this review!!
