I've never had a bad experience here. I always make my appointments online. I think they take…read morewalk-ins, but it's only after people that have appointments so you'd probably be waiting a while as a walk-in. I have the portal so my results are usually available within a couple of days, depend, depending on the test and I love that I can click on any test and see my history of results. I've never had any issues with the staff. Always efficient and friendly. I've been going here for eight years and only had two times that I had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes with an appointment. And both times they were shortstaffed because people called off sick and the person explained that and apologized to me.

A staffer told me on the 15th that lab has been shut down for at least 5 years which is simply untrue. Check in is smooth as always. But now entering the lab is a whole new unsettling experience. Bottom line is overcrowding & understaffing for your phlebotomy team. Many are not fond of a vein puncture to begin with. The tension is more than obvious. Expand the room size, & take a careful look at what you have created there. Have already made arrangements to have my draws elsewhere.

They have a lawsuit against them from thousands of individuals and multiple litigations across several business endeavors. Humira has been linked to cancer and abbvie is proud of this and is proud of the fact that this product made abbvie/abbott the giant it is today. Then, I get a phone call the next day to tell me that the EKG was not OK and that I had long QT interval syndrome. The doctor made a mistake and can't read an EKG correctly? Really? TheEKG machine is allegedly a smart machine and it made a mistake too, really? This facility cannot be trusted with conducting screening visits fairly. I think they threw the Chinese guy under the bus as I cannot imagine three people not being able to read an EKG correctly. ****** The old bait and switch/sandbag routine****** If you have a felony past, do not waste your time going Abbvie because they do background checks. They don't tell you that until you actually waste your time going to a screening. So, my traveling companion also was rejected for that reason alone. In reviewing AbbVie's house rules for clinical trial volunteers, there are so many of them attached with steep fines, that I would not be the least bit surprised when a paid volunteer comes out of a phase 1 trial owing money instead of getting paid.

If you need to get exams done at ARCpoint I strongly recommend not going to this location as they do not make you feel comfortable what so ever and the entire experience was very uncomfortable. Even before the appointment they were both disorganized by forgetting to send consent forms, running credit card and returning phone calls to schedule appointments. Terrible service.
