I worked with them and they were OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and would not budge. I then went to CCF and Debbie worked with me and cut the bill from the other florist by 1/3. I will always go to Charleston Cut Flower. My husband's flowers were spectacular and Debbie's suggestions were amazing. The setting was gorgeous with plenty of flowers.

I also believe that some of the problem was we didn't actually talk to your staff directly, we only talked to the director at the funeral home about the issue of undersized flowers in the arrangement. They had promised the arrangement would still be made full for display. I think the fairest thing for me to do is raise your stars. I recommend in the future your establishment discusses with the customer directly.
