In addition, to the aforementioned statement, in regard to staff, they really seem to treat their profession as a chore rather than a passion, which, i assure you, is why their guset servce is so lacking. There's a serious lack of attention to detail! As an example: Upon my departure date there was a "paperwork snafu" and due to this i was forced to extend my original 3 day 2 night stay by a whole additional night! Speaking of, the accommodations were "meh", especially for the nighly rate. My three night stay was in a "European Hostel" type of situation. Slept twelve but was only at 33% capacity (word of mouth is great/terrible advertising). So yes, absolutely one star!

Every single person I spoke with there was polite, welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which is often but not always my experience at other libraries. When my wife first came in to take a driver's license exam, she forgot her glasses. The agent asked her to try to take the eye exam right away to see if she would need to go back home and get her glasses or whether she could see well enough to continue with the exam. I was there for about 40 minutes while my wife took her exam, and I observed 10-15 interactions between the staff and clients. In every one, the staff were helpful and friendly. They were also seemed knowledgeable and were good at working out non-routine problems.

I recently bought one for a law enforcement officer to wear on duty and the mask arrived with several defects. The company was contacted and refused to send a replacement or fix the issue. They said that the officer could fix the mask himself. There was excess material that had not been cut off and was uncomfortably rubbing on the nose area, there was excess thread all in the mask that was not cut off, and the ends of the thread were never tied off so they were coming loose. This was a very poorly made mask, followed up by even poorer customer service. This company is taking advantage of this crisis by ripping first responders off, providing them with a poor quality product and refusing to replace it. There is a reason they have their ratings and review options turned off on their Facebook page. Stay away!
