This store says they'll service any bike but I found out that was not true after I went through some trouble to bring it in after being told I could only to be treated like I did something wrong with a very bad attitude from the manager there named Jeff when i got there. I was really surprised to be treated that way by him since I stopped in the store ahead of time and clearly explained the kind of ebike I had and the repair needed just to make sure it was okay and was told it was by him. I just needed a crank arm replaced and Jeff told me they would do that no problem... until I got there. The mechanics there were very nice and helpful! They loved my ebike and were eager to help me but Jeff was not having it citing "liability reasons" because my bike is "too fast". What a strange excuse considering the crank on this ebike is not connected to the motor in any way which was clearly explained and even demonstrated in front of him. The bike is over 200 lbs so it cannot ever be pedaled as fast as a regular bike making the "too fast" excuse a really bad one. Jeff wouldn't even wait for me to put my riding gear back on before he was wheeling my ebike out of the store. My wife who followed me over and was waiting in the car asked me "what was that guy's problem?" Just from the wry look on his face as he wheeled my bike out. What a complete waste of time! After calling The Velo Shop and Perkiomen Bicycles they were both willing to help with no surprises so it was just bad luck bringing my ebike to a bad place.

Tyler and Kelsey were truly a blessing. Because of their attention to details, the service for…read moremy father-in-law went very smoothly. They provided and arranged everything we requested. The special touches they provided made the service memorable and meaningful. We kept receiving calls days later on how beautiful the service was. We visited other funeral homes however, they did not provide the same type of service as Houck and Gofus. We were told on several of our requests that the family would have to provide. For example, military honors. We were told we would have to arrange. Tyler and Kelsey made all of the arrangements, we did not have to make one phone call. We even stopped by in the evening without an appointment. Tyler, without hesitation, stopped what he was doing and invited us in and reviewed the information and answered all of our questions. This was great customer service at its best! The very next morning we met with Kelsey and the arrangements were made. Living in Phila, this was extremely helpful. We did not have to go back and forth, Tyler and Kelsey arranged everything for us from the flowers, military honors, death certificates, a pastor and pictures for both the obituary and slide show. We did not have a repass, Kelsey provided a local caterer who provided the delicious box lunches. Grumpy's was able to cater the event, the ordering was done over one phone call; it was all very hassle free. I cannot stress that enough! I would definitely recommend Houck and Gofus. They are extremely professional and extremely proficient. Did I mention they are really genuine nice people. They get back to you right away and they never made us feel like we were bothering them with our questions. Please do not go to anyone else, make Houck and Gofus your choice for your loved ones. You will be glad you did!

The aircraft is currently portrayed as a U.S. UC-78 and will remain in U.S. colors. We believe this aircraft is the oldest, flying Bamboo Bomber in the world.
