Krakow Galleria was my normal shortcut to get to the station but for early morning trains (before 8…read morefor me) it was closed so I just walked along the Pawia. The station entrance was nearby to the taxi stand and tram stop. Signage throughout the mall and station was helpful in directing me to the appropriate spot I needed. Station was one floor down from street level. Train destinations and assigned platforms were posted on the monitors located near ticketing windows and by each platform. Lots of food options in station were available if you needed to grab and go or sit down. There was staffed ticketing windows though slow. I used the ticket machines since the on screen steps were easy (after language selection). Newer ones allowed tap to pay while the older ones still required the insertion of your credit card. Platforms for the trains were located up one floor. Since there were two tracks for each platform just double-check the electronic signs above the track. Sometimes it took a few minutes to update those signs after the prior train left so don't worry if you don't see your train immediately.

This is the main train station in Kraków, located inside the Kraków mall. The station was huge,…read morevery clean, and had great signage so you knew where to go. Despite all of this, I still found myself a little confused on where to go and where to check the train schedule. If you are dropped off by a taxi, you want to immediately go down the stairs to the platforms (peron) and then you will see a little bit of signage telling you where the main station is. If you want to check which platform your train will be on, this is the way to do it. My train was there waiting very early for me as Kraków was the starting point. The doors for the train opened about 10 min before go-time and you have to press a button to open the door to get on the train, they don't open automatically. It should be noted that unlike in the US, there is also a huge gap between the train door and the platform so you sorta need to take a big step/hop between the two. Overall, very easy process and had little trouble despite it being my first time there and not knowing polish.

There's a full-length mirror right when my luggage, so I can easily get dressed while hubby was shaving! That was a plus, since he doesn't like sharing the sink. . . We have great windows, and the views - can't complain. I took lots of photos inside & out. It was clean & comfortable and well done!
