This was the worst DMV I've ever been to in GA or any state. Most of the workers are actually pretty nice but all overshadowed by an old cretin named "Billie" that's at the counter. I was there for several hours overhearing her "customer service" where she spoke to not one single person like a regular human being. She would condescend to and speak to any customer like a child. She cannot seem to hear anything you say properly and gets upset when you point that out. After repeating myself for the third time she became agitated and started an argument with me, where after she was told her customer service is horrid, she responded with "well you're not good either" like a toddler! The other young woman there was fantastic and the older gentleman was also very kind. Needless to say Billie needs to be fired ASAP. read more

A lot of things, they were honestly kinda rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. My experience there was worse than I thought. I had the things needed, but they asked for more. Maybe getting better people who are respectful and nice there well help an awful lot. read more

Great friendly staff! Will ONLY go to STatesboro DMV. They were very helpful and did NOT RUSH me out of the building like other place did.
