Their excuse? Our luggage allegedly didn't fit their "policy," despite it being the exact same luggage that fit perfectly fine in their standard car on the way out. Zero Accountability This wasn't an upgrade; it was a £30 shakedown without our consent. When we reached out to resolve this, we dealt with "Jess" in customer service. To say she was unhelpful would be an understatement. She flatly refused a refund and offered zero resolution, hiding behind rigid scripts while ignoring the blatant inconsistency of their own service. The Bottom Line Taking advantage of a family of three with a 4-month-old baby is a new low, even for a taxi firm. It is clear they wait until you are stranded at the airport or stuck in the air to hike the price, knowing you have little choice but to pay. Do yourself a favor: Book an Uber or a standard London Black Cab. You'll save money, avoid the stress, and won't be supporting a group of con artists who prioritize a quick £30 over basic integrity.

You will be offered the facility to add your payment details online. But the drivers don't take credit card payments - because they don't get a tip. So you get messed around. You get confirmations then cancellations as they pass the booking around. No surprise there was no one to meet us when we got back from our holiday. I rang the driver, told him I was making my own arrangements, and took an Uber (there in 30 seconds). Suddenly they went into overdrive. I was texted to say the driver was in the terminal within seconds of putting the phone down (he wasnt) and then when I said I had taken an Uber - they took payment for a completed trip. Seems they had subcontracted the service. Even the staff at Blackheath Cars didnt know it happened. They also didnt think it possible they would take payment for a trip they did not complete (or start). 30 years of using Blackheath Cars without incident. They change hands and mess up both the trip to the airport and the one back. Avoid!

Still, great service. Well done them for being consistently good. As long as I've been living in the area (about four years now) I've never had bad service from these guys.

The driver met us at the suggested meeting place at LHR on time. Ditto Southampton cruise terminal pickup with a drop off at our London hotel. I'd booked with Blackberry if I'm ever in London again.

He was friendly the whole trip and didn't have any issues with the cats at all. Amazing!!!! And the service then I called was great as well. The guy on the phone was very nice and friendly. I told him I was bringing cats and he made sure it wasn't a problem at all! I had never ever had an easier time booking a cab! I would defiantly recommend Supercars to all pet owners!!!!! I wish they would put it on their website that transporting cats or whatever to and from the vet or similar is OK with them! It's difficult finding pet friendly cabs.
