The second day when I did my early check out, they charge me a full third night as a penalty for leaving early. Definitely, not happy with their "policy" which I wasn't informed. It was really a very uncomfortable experience. There are very nice, less expensive and clean B&Bs in the area. What I paid for two nights there, I paid in a B&Bs around for 10 nights. Definitely I will not go back to this Hotel.

We were so pleased that they were the place we landed on. They were so friendly, the food was amazing, and they didn't rush us out, even though the kitchen was closing shortly after we arrived. We were staying nearby and sad that we weren't staying there. Our group had the crab cake, king prawns, and smoked salmon starters. For entrees we had the steak, bolognese, venison, burger and steak pie. Then several had the brownie and sticky toffee pudding. I have to say that we'd been having sticky toffee pudding everywhere we've been and this was, by far, the best we've had. I didn't get pictures of the desserts because they were eaten so quickly. Don't hesitate to go here.

It was a very short walk to the restaurant which is inside the Glen Mhor Hotel. We were seated in the sunroom where all the glass and windows are so we had a great view of the River Ness. There weren't many people dining when we arrived but it was full by the time we left. We both wanted comfort food so we ordered pizza and spaghetti bolognese. Both were delicious. We also had wine and their house lager with our meal. Our meals arrived promptly and both were delicious. Service was prompt and professional. The ambiance of the restaurant was quiet and calm even tho it was full of diners. We really enjoyed our dinner here and hope to return again some day.

Feels very clinical with the marble and dark decor, and for me, just lacked a bit of the atmosphere you'd really want. There is an outside seating area, but it wasn't that big, and felt very cramped. The lady in charge of the dining room at breakfast also was helpful and remembers your requests from one day to the next. restaurant food is top quality and well priced. Not the cheapest hotel I have stayed in in Scotland but certainly the best value for money, every member of staff seems to be trained to ensure your comfort and well being Really reccomend you give it a try. The cheeseburgers and fries were perfectly cooked, not dry or greasy. For the quality of food we received compared to the cost it was brilliant value for money.
