I am truly grateful for these people here and helped me have my items safe guarded. Long story short moved from San Diego to el Centro and didn't have enough room in my apartment. I used them fro almost 2 years with no complaints. I truly recommend their services if you are in need of a storage facility. I like it even better that they have their own app to operate gate functions. I give them 10 stars here if I could read more

Management knew that I had LOST MY JOB DUE TO THE PANDEMIC and that I was desperate to keep my belongings. Still, they auctioned off EVERY SINGLE THING (not only furniture, home items, electronics, but my wedding rings/albums, and all of my mementos from when my children were tiny)I owned... for less than 1 months rent on the unit.... 3 weeks before Christmas. This business practice seems callous and nothing short of cruel to customers who have been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Shame on them. RUN!!! read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. Rented here for several years and needed to move out as my husband is in the hospital. Sent my daughter and son in law to move our things in the heat of August. Very rude manager wouldn't move his uhaul truck so they could load our antique car, they had to unhitch their trailer to work around his truck. Wouldn't let them throw any trash in the dumpster, wouldn't let them use the bathroom and was generally not interested in customer service or any future referrals from us. Told them couldn't use anything because we're not customers anymore. Guess we won't be customers in the future either. read more
