Crisis averted! AWESOME JOB!!!! I endorse them 1000%. GREAT JOB, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT VALUE! On yelp, it says that they service Fernley area however I live in South Reno and there was no problem for them to come out and service the trailer in Reno. Another important fact, I think everyone should know is that they are licensed, certified, and insured! Says right on the business card. Ok here is my drama - I was in an absolute full on panic because my electric tongue jack got jammed and after taking the thing completely apart I still couldn't get it to work, leaving my Travel trailer stuck on my truck and I urgently needed to get the trailer off the truck. Stay happy RV sent out a technician, Josh, who got right to work. He was professional looking and very prepared to do the job! His company truck was clean, undamaged and in great condition... Which definitely says something about the mindset of the owners. I mean, who wants some POS junky truck parked out front with a guy showing off his plumbers crack to all the neighbors! NOT ME! My thinking is if you take care of your stuff, then you'll take care of my stuff. Josh thank you for looking so professional and not embarrassing me in front of the whole neighborhood! Josh was quick, respectful, positive and most of all incredibly knowledgeable!! He even gave us a few helpful tips that we will definitely use in the future. We highly recommend Josh Lappin of Stay Happy Mobile RV Repair LLC. Me, my husband, and our dog were stuck in California's Merrill Campground at beautiful Eagle Lake when our Motorhome lost power. Without power, we could not get our RV off the hydraulic lifts or pull our two slides in. Josh agreed to come over 100 miles from Fernley Nevada to California at the end of his already scheduled busy workday to help us. After going thru a thorough diagnostic regimen of checking fuses, solenoids, grounds, and connections he detected a voltage problem. He agreed to return the next morning with a tool to get our slides in and assist with the hydraulic lift situation. Despite the long distance, he did not charge us for the additional site visit--and we were on the road in no time.
