We have still yet to receive the photo album and the phonebook recordings (guest book btw) from the wedding. The only reason we received photos and videos is because I threatened to dispute. After multiple attempts to get our money back for a service we did not feel like was provided we seeked out help from our credit card company and now Teddy Kennedy Events is threatening legal counsel...? They have not been understanding or provided even close to the service we paid for, just save yourself from the hassle and go with a different company. Our venue, coordinator, and florist all agreed we should not have to pay for any part of this dance floor because it is not what we paid for. And we started out only asking for a partial refund and they have since been horribly rude and shady and only offering a 10% refund and now making threats.
