There was no physical the screen cracked shortly after installation. Cheap parts can come with a high price. I was shocked that Idoctor did not standby there workmanship and warranty. It is clear to me that one or more factors were responsible for cracking: -Glass improperly made so internal tension is not balanced -Install of glass created to much stress -Internal components not properly reset Idoctor refused to repair without charging original cost less 10 percent. They fix cracked screens there, for less than Verizon. So I would recommend this establishment. They have fixed some of my friends screens. But their business attitude and service was 5 star. They give you the down home feeling.
