I'm leading a bucket life, not a bucket list. Anyway, this was my best year yet! I went to two other studios prior to this year and although I was pleased with years' past results, the shots taken with Mr. Crum are phenomenal. Beyond too many too choose from (unedited! This man is a lighting genius!) I purchased a disc and have been surprising my cute boyfriend with pictures at random times. I did 5 looks, still pouring through to determine which I would like to make the edited 8x10 (yes, I used groupon to start) I would like. Definitely going back.

When I went to pick up the DVD, he said that I would have to upgrade to get the large images. Otherwise he said he will still give me all images as a thumbnail, which can't be used for printing anything or to post on social media. What is the point of saying that I will get all images on DVD when I can't use any of them. His upgrade charge is very expensive starting at $200 just for photo sizes, which can only be used as social media and not prints. His details are misleading and he does that "bait and switch," so that you feel that you have to give over $200 just to get your photos from the session. If I would have known that he was going to employ this tactic, then I would have driven 45-60 minutes away to a reputable photographer that I have used before and he does give you full resolution files of the session.

She requires initial input from the client, and once she understands the priorities, Richel can work independently with little to no supervision. After getting engaged, I had the daunting task of picking out all of our vendors…read more After countelss nights surfing the various wedding blogs, I stumbled upon Raquel Sergio Photography in the Style me Pretty site. Her work caught my attention becuase she had recently done a wedding at MY wedding venue....perfect! After meeting with her over a cup of coffee, I immediately fell in love with her spirit and her style (not to mention her price too). We contracted with Raquel and set up a date for our engagement pictures to be taken in Plant City, to go along with our vintage, shabby chic style. I was so happy with the finished product and the process was seamless, in fact, I kind of think my fiance actually started enjoying the session. We had a couple of funny moments, that we will remember forever. Raquel supplies you with a disk of the edited images, which is a huge $ savings! I'm really excited for my wedding and to see how great my pictures turn out.

It makes me very sad to write this review. I am a huge picture person. I have professional…read morephotographers in my family. We all love pictures. The pictures that Raquel Sergio did for my wedding were, in my opinion, and others that have seen the pictures, not very good at all and disappointing at best. The lighting is off in a lot of the pictures. There were major events/places during the wedding that they did NOT even take pictures of which was inexplicable and unacceptable: Mother of the groom coming down the aisle, ENTIRE cocktail hour, view from the catwalk at the museum (even though this is one of the best places to take pictures from, they did not take any). They also CUT family members out of pictures completely. We only have one picture of my husband's entire family and she completely cut off 2 people from both ends. So now we will never have a complete family picture. Many shots were blurry and she inexplicably did not position people correctly in pictures so that there are gaps between people in key pictures. Many of the pictures I would like to blow up but the picture quality is so bad that the pictures look grainy and extra blurry when I try to blow them up. I will only have one wedding day and I cannot tell you how unhappy I am with my photos. I am writing this review in order to save other brides from being as disappointed as I am about my pictures.
