Firstly, the service itself was reasonably expensive (for a student!) at around $800, however this did include two parts that had to be ordered in and fitted in the car. Also, because it was a Mitsubishi, you are buying parts and fittings that are intended for your kind of vehicle which should mean they work better and should last longer until you need another one. There was very little waiting period in getting a service time and they were reasonably quick about it with same-day service, even when there had to be new parts fitted. They also called to keep us informed what was happening with the car and asked our permission before installing the new parts. Perhaps weren't as female friendly as some other car businesses we have been to.

They told me a pack of lies from the get go, they wanted to keep my deposit because they reckon they went out of their way to put plates and new rego on the car, I let them keep it as I didn't want this car or anything to do with them anymore. The car was only 5 years old and they're selling death traps to people without any care. Avoid them at all costs, Would actually prefer to buy cars privately out of Elizabeth over these wankers

I've never had a need to go back to them after a repair, they've always just done a top job with no frills. The guys who run the place are up front and honest. They let you know every step they took to get your car back on the road and make sure you're happy with the repair job before you leave the shop. They really do go that little extra mile and seem like they really do give a damn, and that's what makes all the difference.
