I chose this company based solely on their reviews. I was not disappointed. I have older white carpeting, on the stairs and in the bedrooms, also I have a big dog. The carpet was so stained and dirty, I thought it had to be replaced. I have had it cleaned 3 times by other companies, without much improvement, But after Steam Source cleaned it on Friday the carpet looks and feels like new. We called Steam Source on the recommendation of our contractor who had finished remodeling our first floor. The young men from Steam Source who came to clean our air ducts were very professional and thorough. Aiden showed us pictures of the ducts before and then after their cleaning. Not only did they remove dust from the remodel, but also probably sixty years of dust and debris that had been festering in our ducts. Several of the returns looked as if a furry animal was stuffed in them. When they finished the cleaning, they steam cleaned our entryway rug since their equipment had rested on it.
