I am an older lady and I think I was treated as so. I think the owner caters to the younger crowds. The employees made me feel that they thought I wasn't going to buy anything. The owner said she could order the shoe in my size and she would get within the week. I gave her my phone number and she never called. I didn't think she would. I will get the shoes but just not there. I could have called her back but if you want my business do what you say you are going to do and after the snub I got I will not go back there. Good luck with your business. You may want to treat the older ladies a little better. We have money too. I will say ALL her merchandise is high end. It is hard to find Bed Stu things in stores. UPDATE: I was…read morecontacted by the Customer Service manager. She actually was able to make it right. I feel like i have been made whole and properly compensated for the issues below. It took awhile to get to this point, but im glad that I'm able to work with a company who will make it right when they make a mistake. My advice for anyone experiencing issues with teh customer service is Just be sure to to get in contact with the right people. ---------------------------------- I purchased a solar window unit and panels in a kit from signature solar with the intention to keep my family cool in the event of an emergency. Well... that emergency came this July, and i quickly found out that the supposed new unit i purchased was dirty and obviously had wear and tear from previous use. It was Emergency I went ahead with the install. I then quickly learned that Signature solar hadn't shipped me any of the elements need to safely mount this thing to my window either. I had to rapidly cobble together a stand to support the unit, which probably voided the warranty. Luckily the unit worked and me, my kids, and my wife were able to make it through. I called signature solar the next day to let them know what happened and that i was not satisfied with what i had received, nor the stressful situation they had put me in by shipping me a dirty damaged unit with none of the mounting. The service I got from signature solar was terrible. They wouldn't offer compensation, or send me the missing parts to mount the unit. They would only offer a replacement unit, but..... I would have to ship back the old unit following through a burdensome process which i would be forced to partake in. I would have to coordinate this return with a freight carrier, find and set up a pallet and properly secure the window unit to it, haul it a warehouse and make sure the freight carrier handled correctly. That is a ridiculous expectation to have for your customer to do when your company is the party responsible for several mistakes. And Top it all off... They still after weeks haven't shipped me the new unit. Don't buy from these people. They have lost my future business. And what is sad is that I actually like the product. But when EG4 allows sorry companies like Signature Solar to be their distributor, it ruins their image and their end customers trust in the market place.
