I lost thousands of dollars in furniture and clothes infested with mice dropping and roach eggs. This place is absolutely disgusting. I am in the process of recouping my lost. I can't get the district manager to return a call for nothing. I just want to save someone else from this unnecessary drama. The staff, although kind, just really laid back when I first complained. "We will call management", we have sprayed", and the situation continue to grow worse daily. The buildings are very clean, organize and easily accessible. There is also a grass lot if you need to store a boat or an extra trailer. The staff is very friendly. Debbie, the lady at the front desk, is cheerful and is more than happy to go above and beyond to provide satisfactory assistance. Jim, the owner, is an easy going guy that is extremely friendly and knows how to how to manage property. Also, the company has many U-haul trailers and a company truck that is available for rent. This place has the best service and definitely the best rates. I highly recommend it for others.

They do rent U Hauls and they are always in stock (I have rented them twice from them). This is a great little gem when storage is so pricey!
