Called this morning to tell them we were bringing it back and they will not issue a refund. Their manager stated we would have to take it to a repair shop (on our dime) to see if anything was wrong with it, then bring it in. I explained it was simply to weak to mow using the mulching feature (talking about dry three inch grass here) and that I would have gone to ACE if I knew they wouldn't stand behind their products. The woman I spoke to said "We do." I explained the basic principle of standing behind your products and told them they lost one customer and earned this review for their shady business practices. Here's a tip Lemhi. Your customers and brand are everything. Without them, you have no business. Lost one today for sure.

They are wonderful--each and every one of them. We've never had a bad customer experience in four years there. They always go the extra mile to help everyone out. Plus, they have a great supply line and stuff comes into stock quickly. It's really rare when you can't find whatever you might need. The prices are most excellent considering that the store is basically in the middle of Nowhere, Idaho. They could charge a lot more and people would pay because they basically don't have much choice. However, Allied keeps their prices reasonable and that's a real gift to the people of Challis and Custer County. You won't be disappointed with this business--it's a winner!
