She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I have one of Kim's puppies now. She is the sweetest little yorkiepoo, and is a wonderful addition to our family. The adoption process was a great experience. My son and I were able to bond and visit with our puppy. I wouldn't hesitate to go through Kimberly's Puppy Palace again. Kim is a very caring and compassionate breeder who has the sweetest puppies you'll ever meet.

The "letter" which appears to be a template that is modified to suit the "client". (image of letter is included) 1st Point: We were not clients for "a couple of years". December 2024 until April 2025 2nd Point:The disagreement that was indicated, was about a medication that was being prescribed "off label". When we contacted the pharmaceutical company about this, we were informed that drug was only proven safe by them based on the dose in the documentation included with the medication. We did try to communicate with the office regarding this, but once we sent the copy of the pamphlet, there was not response via email. (see images) 3rd Point: The office was notified that we had continued the prednisone. 4th Point: We did not change the dosage. The dosage that we were giving was what we were instructed to give. We explained this to Dr. McMekin, because the dose did look so small, and she seemed surprised, but agreed that we could continue to use that amount. When a pet owner can not advocate for their pet and have a meaningful discourse with those providing treatment, there is no longer open channel of communication. Lastly, we received this letter on a Monday when I was planning to schedule my pet for a follow up appointment, since he had a dental procedure at Veazie Veterinary Clinic the prior week. I guess the final line in this letter speaks volumes for the real care and empathy this Animal Hospital has for pets. " as you are no longer our client, we are unable to provide emergency services for your pet". When they well know that the closest emergency vet is over 2 hours away.

I arrived 12 minutes late to a 1-hour appointment after getting lost on the backroads of Woodland…read more Upon arrival, I found a text on my phone from 11:10 (two minutes prior) that my appointment was cancelled because I was 10 minutes late and that I would have to pay double ($120) to reschedule. At 11:12, I texted Olivia and called her twice; both calls were hung up on without answering. She proceeded to turn the music up and hide in her garage (?) while pretending that I was not in her driveway. Eventually she texted me back that my appointment was now more than halfway over; evidently, she had slotted me for a half hour appointment after confirming via email that I had a one-hour appointment. On the drive back to Presque Isle I picked up some pet clippers ($25) and have successfully shaved my cat's butt in ten minutes flat. It was much easier than I expected and I suggest others do the same before attempting to cooperate with this person. In summary, some tips: - Practice finding the place in advance of your appointment (it is a brown trailer with an RV/shack out front and a dirt driveway on the left deep down the New Sweden Road) - Triple check the duration of your appointment as there's a good possibility you aren't booked for the timeslot that was confirmed by Olivia - Don't bother calling, you won't get an answer - If you are 600 seconds late, your hour is forfeit and you will pay double if you are desperate enough for a second attempt at the "service" - There's more than one way to shave a cat
