Steeline Roofin Spot is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I obtained a quote from them for a awning roof which I accepted. Five days later I went to the shop to pay for it and the price on the quote (firm for one month) had gone up by about $300. When questioned about this I was told "It is not our fault. It is the suppliers." I asked about the quote and why they were not honouring it. Was told It does not matter, Your not going to get it for that price. I the paid for and ordered to roof. I was told It will be here in 7 to 10 days. I organised my brother to help build the roof and he travelled to Bundaberg for 7 days to do this. He also had a truck to collect the roof from the shop. Over a month later and after lots of excuses from Steel line mI am told my roof has arrived. My brother had to return home with his truck. Steeline want another $150 to deliver the roof but we can not do this until next week. Our truck is out. Never ever ever again will I deal with this company. If ou need roofing materials in Bundaberg, I strongly advise you to deal somewhere else other than Steeline. They will let you down and blame every one other than themselves. read more
