Another patient came over while I was speaking with the Dr and said she had been there for 2 hours and no one came out to speak with her to let her know what was happening. Diane Collier was completely aware of the back log over the last several weeks due to a new computer software system they had installed. Rather than call patients and let them know, or perhaps schedule some distance between the patients, the scheduling was not changed. No return call. 1 day shy of waiting 6 weeks I have to call again and both receptionists lie to me about what's taking so long since they were clueless. 6 weeks to the day the office manager informs me after contacting the outsourced lab my child's orthotics are indeed lost and have been lost since LAST MONTH. My child now has to wait for a new patient appointment at a different Podiatrist and for their turn around time for orthotics. I started this February 2022 and now my child won't have them until at least May 2022. This entire situation is unprofessional, clearly the office needs to be retrained and develop a better tracking system so their patients aren't bringing lost products to their attention.
