I ordered a product that was shown as in stock on the night of the 21st to the 22nd. According to…read moretheir website, shipping takes 1-2 days (calendar days, not working days). As of writing this review, it has been 5 days and the parcel still has not been handed over to the carrier. The tracking label was created on Friday the 22nd, and since then there has been no further progress. There has also been no proactive communication about any delay or issue with my order.
I also reached out by email without any response.
At the same moment I placed a similar order on at a different music store, that package arrived saturday (23th) while they advertise with the same shipping duration. So it do is possible. :)
Will update this review once the issue is properly handled.
Update: days after the promised delivery date, the package was finally handed over to the carrier. I have yet to receive a reply to any of my emails nor have they pro-actively reached out about why they only now handed over the package to the carrier.
Next update:
Package is stuck on the same status for days now. After reaching out to 4 different email address they finally replied with a pre-written message that answers nothing. After having replied to that, they never answered again.
All in all, bad shipping/order handling and even worse customer support.
