Now I have to hustle to find someone else and I'm probably late and will have to pay more fees. I would not reccomend using this business unless you have lots of time to follow up and be the "squeaky wheel" I'm very disappointed in the service I was given. I gave these guys multiple times to follow up or tell me they couldn't do the work but no... nothing. Not even a call back. I'm not sure why I let it go so long..I guess I thought they were working on my taxs but they were not. It wasn't until I left a review on FB and tagged them that I got a response.

I am not in the market anymore for their services anymore, so I cannot comment as to that aspect, but at least they are responsive.
