Their cloth diapering workshop is great (and free) and they try to provide an unbiased look at what's available on the market (trying to look things up yourself online can be overwhelming and confusing). At this workshop you have a chance to get all your questions answered from how to wash them to pros/cons of the different materials...they really are a wealth of knowledge and have an intimate relationship with companies they carry- constantly providing consumer feedback. they have a promotion where you can try out 10 different products for 30 days to get a feel for what you/baby like. (those who attend the workshop can also get 10% off purchases done online and in person). Other services: They also help you find a carrier - bring your own baby or use their weighted baby (heavier than you think). There is a new baby/parent in person support group nearby. I was impressed by the commitment to re-using, second hand and sustainability. I'm so glad this place is a resource in the area...support local.

I saw that this alleged boutique was close to our hotel, so my 4 year old daughter and I walked over to have a look. From the moment we walked in, a young woman seemed to be looking over us at every turn. It didn't dawn on me for a while that she was someone who works there, actually following me, presumably for loss prevention reasons, for the precise reason that this HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE! Usually sales associates flock to me because, based on the way I present myself, they know they are about to make a sizable commission. This might have made more sense if I was dressed casually or something, but I guess they see a lot of thieves wearing Hermes and diamonds? A word of advice to the staff: you sell onesies; get over yourself. Oh, and your selection is very pedestrian; get a new buyer because your sales floor looks like literal garbage.

My wife likes to buy 2-3 outfits for that one occasion, then return the ones that we didnt use. This lady acts like she is doing me the biggest favor in the world when I'm returning the clothes. I can feel the attitude from here every-time. When I go to other store locations, the employees are so nice, they even remind me to check my email for coupons! This lady is the opposite, she hates when you use a coupon. Hopefully she can find a man and take a chill pill. I pray for her.
