This law firm is criminal.I now understand how they get money, by lying, and they don't care who they hurt. I was involved in the minor accident that their client caused, even if police report says he slammed on his brakes in front of me and caused the accident. Not one word from their client was on the police report that they reported to my insurance company. In their letter to my insurance company, they said I was recklessly.Driving honking my horn and gesturing aggressively. I was tailgating accelerating erratically and flashing my high beams.I also threaten to shoot their client at one point and ram.Their client off the road.I later was fleeing this scene when the police arrived. Again, none of this was in the police report.If I were to flee the scene, the police would arrested me if I had a gun.The police probably would have arrested me. Again, the only thing the police report stated was their client slammed on his brakes in front of me. At the end, they say that the actions of me were so reckless and aggressive that it forced their client angel to get a restraining order. Now that's the icing on the cake now.I can get them for slander everything else is hearsay, but the fact they told my insurance company that their client had to get a restraining order is not hearsay.That is something that would have been done in the court that they could prove.And again, that didn't happen, I did not get a restraining word against me from their client angel diaz. So now i'm going to sue the law firm and angel diaz for slander of character. read more

If I could give this SCAM of a LAW FIRM no stars then I would. Not only were they unprofessional THIEVES AND LIARS, but they stole/took $10,000 from my last settlement check talking about they supposed to get a percentage out of every check that disbursed to me. In which they were all agree that this was NEVER told to me at no point in 2 1/2 years. Even after signing for 2 out of 3 of my settlement money.. it was still never told to me even after them telling me that I had to wait on my 3rd check. At that time they dropped me as a client and I had to retain other council. Even though they dropped me I still had to pay them from the proceeds of my case that another firm had to settle.
