I am very unhappy with my experience. It took almost 3 hours to get a full set and a pedicure. The salon was not busy, so this time was spent actively receiving service, not waiting. After working all day, sitting for over three hours straight was extremely exhausting and uncomfortable. Within four days, the polish on my nails has already started coming off, which is unacceptable for the time and money spent. During the service, the nail tech repeatedly messed up the shape of my nails. I asked for square, but several nails look coffin-shaped, and the shape is inconsistent across my hands. I spoke up during the appointment, but each attempt to fix it made the shape worse instead of better. Additionally, both of my big toes look completely different. I asked for them to be made to look the same, but the issue was never corrected. Overall, the quality, attention to detail, and time management did not meet expectations.
