We called immediately to say there was water dripping and damaging the kitchen ceiling below. (The units are on the second floor.) A second installer came and tightened the connection which just made the problem worse. We've had to turn off the water to the machine and haven't been able to use it at all. Goemans offered "as a courtesy" to move the machines out of the way so a plumber could come in and fix the pipe (at our expense) and then come back to reinstall (at our expense!!!). No offer to repair the damage to our kitchen ceiling. Meanwhile, still no working washing machine. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business!

Don't waste your money and time with this company! We bought a new fridge, and not an LG!!! If I could give a no star I would.

During the grand opening period, there are free hotdogs and pop/water, catered by Gerard The Hot Dog Man. The hotdog was delicious. All their stores have the same big format, possibly bigger than a large Canadian Tire. There is a big retail store which houses their living room furniture, sleep furniture, and appliances (eg. kitchen), and electronics (eg. exercise machines, massage chairs). They also have furniture that can fit in small apartments/condos. They also have free self-serve hot drinks machine and freshly made popcorn. The popcorn starts 1 hour before the store opening to make the scent of popcorn linger throughout the entire store. There is also a children's playground area to keep them busy while the potential purchases can concentrate on buying (great strategy!). At the other end of the store, there is their outlet store. When discontinuing a product, it goes to this side of the store. All products there are new, but also discounted. The outlet store has a 0% interest 60-month payment plan. The nice thing about this chain is that everyone you deal with is their employee, not any third party, from sales, customer service, to delivery. The sales staff work on commission. You can purchase from any store and have it delivered or picked up from any of their stores. The sales staff are very courteous and pleasant. There store is wheelchair accessible. Warning: Do not hire this firm. Four years ago, the owner of this firm installed a gas stove in my…read morehome. He charged me over $1,100. This week, another technician who repaired the stove pointed out that a plate was not covering the electrical wiring behind the stove's kick plate. So, for four years, my family and I were using a GAS stove with exposed wiring just behind the kick plate. The owner came by today with a "colleague" to "investigate." His colleague admitted that a plate should cover the exposed wiring. Rather than admit this grievous oversight, the owner offered up this absurd explanation: Someone else removed the plate in the four years since the original installation. No one removed the plate. No one. Why would anyone do that? He also claims that he installed a shut off valve. I have asked the TSSA to launch an investigation. Save yourself the risk and trouble my family has unknowingly endured for four years. I urge you to choose another contractor. The owner will no doubt respond to this warning with denials and accusations. You can believe him if you want to but, if you do, you will regret it.
