They wouldn't even answer a simple question over the phone when it was ready. (how did it go and what was done?) The mouth piece was brand new when put in with the horn and came out caked in SLUDGE. I was able to improve its condition after leaving this shop with a quick bath and brush. These people have NO idea how to clean a horn. Don't trust them with your instrument!
