There is no front desk or receptionist, so definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of the ladies here. They do cut, color, and waxing and everything is reasonably priced. My mom and I both went in about a week ago and our combined total was only $85 and my mom even got her roots touched up. They will offer you a beverage while you are getting your hair done which is a nice touch that I enjoy. Kristi has colored my mom's hair for years and it looks great.
