I am also happy to hear my children excited about all the new toys and activities they have been doing. They did advise me before that there were broken toys and pieces missing to certain activities so to know that they are always replenishing and making sure there is a safe and fun environment being provided is comforting. No child care is cheap but great child care is hard find. I haven't experienced the same things as the comment about teachers acting annoyed so I have to disagree with that. All of the teachers have made me feel very welcome and I'm glad to have my kids in their care.

KinderCare will close for the day and not send any notice. Also every time I pick up my daughter she is either feeling sick or her skin is breaking out. The staff also seemed annoyed for some reason.
