I had forgotten to write the date on the check. No one in this office called me to tell me that I would've driven there to write the date on. Then do you know what happened? They turned it over or the school turns it over to a secondary collection service MBM that sent me a letter late July saying that if I didn't pay it in 21 days, they'd put a lien on my property.!!!!! I called Jordan tax and left a message for the manager to call me back and he never did again extremely unprofessional. Obviously some idiot person working in the office opened my tax payment sent in April. Probably late didn't notice there wasn't any date on it sent it onto the bank in the bank sent it back to the school because they couldn't process it and then it goes to a secondary tax collection agency I don't want to finally got to MBM, but I only got this letter in July to pay it in 21 days. I'm going to try and call Jordan tax again and at least write a letter but everything in businesses is so sectioned off and hidden now you don't get to anybody important you don't get to CEOs you don't get to owners you're out there on your own and there's no justification for it. Of course MBM put a $91 fee on their work of writing me a letters and sending me my check back which probably cost them a dollar when there's a complaint about something the responsible person needs to call that person back out of common courtesy I always called all my patients back, and there were some patients that were upset about things and I did what I could to make anything right.
