Though most people don't ever hope for a divorce, those who go through them hope for a good one…read more And one way to have a good one is of course to have a great lawyer, but perhaps also to think about the process as a way to come to mutual agreements about moving forward, as opposed to a battle of separate interests. For those who lean toward the former approach, Adrienne Keith is a fantastic resource, not only as a lawyer but as a calm, steady person. She works in Collaborative Law as well as mediation, and is active not only in volunteering but also in writing an insightful, funny, sensitive blog about divorce and family law-related topics (http://splitsvillenews.com/). While I didn't technically utilize Collaborative Law (she provides legal divorce services other than just that process), Adrienne was so helpful in carefully walking me through each step of the process, always calm, professional yet warm, and perfectly prepared. I truly appreciated her attitude of non-combativeness and of working to find mutual solutions to sticky issues. Should you find yourself or know someone who's in the situation of needing representation through a divorce or family law issue, do yourself a favor and get in touch with her. Plus, on the way out of the courthouse she handed me a really thick envelope....When I got home, I opened it. A lovely bar, of bittersweet chocolate. What more can a girl want when she gets her old name back?

I have…read morecontacted Jason on two occasions about two separate issues, and both times he responded with a thorough and thoughtful assessment of my issue and potential next steps. In both instances, I was dealing with unreasonably punitive medical companies and frustrated by how much the cards seemed stacked against me. I came away from my interactions with Jason empowered by the options he made me aware of. Jason clearly cares about people and about ensuring they aren't taken advantage of by faceless companies. He is the voice of reason, and I highly recommend him to anyone who ends up in the unreasonable world of collections (or any unreasonable world for that matter). This is the guy you want in your corner. Thank you, Jason! p.s. I second what other reviewers have said about Jason being professional, caring, compassionate, awesome, an activist, and life coach. Also the reviewer who said he restored her faith in humanity. These superlatives are well-earned, he is indeed that good.

I feel he also came off demeaning and made me feel stupid and embarrassed. I was not looking for free legal help, I was looking for clarification and if my case was under the scope of his practice. I was not upset that he couldn't take my case. I work in the legal field and understand how the process works. I learned additional information and asked Jason if that was under his scope of practice, and was not looking for additional legal advice or any advice, just asking if he could take on my case. Again, my issue is not that he couldn't take on my case, my issue is that I felt he came off demeaning and how I was treated. I will not be reaching out again for any reason.

My previous experience with therapy has always been a topical analysis of whatever was bugging me that week, or CBT practices (snap a rubber band on your wrist before you do something rash). I decided I would be completely honest from the start and Amy held my truth with integrity every step of the way. Beyond giving me a completely new perspective, she taught me to sense my crisis states well before they happened, and how to step away from it before being ruled by it. Amy is worth every penny spent.

I'm a mediator and sex coach. And believe me, they go together. I specialize in helping individuals become their best selves, whether coupled or not. I teach you how to grow as an individual so that you can make the most informed and least fear-based decisions in your life about love, sex, marriage, and work. From there, I teach you to support yourself and your mate, first as individuals, and then how to grow as a couple. It is much easier to do this before kids come, but it is critical to do it if you have children. We specialize in relationship, intimacy, and conflict by teaching you how to grow. That's right, we're about mediating conflict and adult education in how to become your highest and best self, whether partnered or not.

I could barely form a sentence let alone pick a lawyer.so that but I had to do it so wouldn't get steam rolled when I was down.I picked a national law firm out of Tacoma. It was a complete disaster. After $10,000 dollars they got nothing accomplished. They bounced me around 3 different times to new lawyers, each time having start a new orientation process with them. They finally put me with Irma and I knew right away she was a bulldog and was going to get things done. She switched firms ( thank god) and was able to take my case with her. They treated me like more than a paycheck, but a friend. Cassandra was flat out amazing as well. I'm a construction worker and don't care for computers that much and she was very patient with me even though I knew she was probably very frustrated inside! She even worked extra to make sure I didn't miss deadlines. I highly recommend this firm! And the best part is Irma got my Moose back!
